The Hocombe Hall measures 12.70 x 8.60 metres. The lowest ceiling point is 4.20 meters high. Tables/chairs are provided with tables in sizes 1.20 x 0.60 metres and 1.80 x 0.60 metres. Hearing loop, audio visual equipment available, wired for computer usage. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with adequate supply of crockery.

The hall can accommodate a number of different layouts. The maximum number of people for each layout is:

• Standing: 100
• Theatre Seating: 70
• Dinner long tables: 50
• Dinner round tables: Not available

Numbers will be less if dancing or presentation room is required.

• We do not hire glasses or table linen
• There will be an extra charge for hire of electrical equipment.
