The Cranbury Meeting Room is 8.60 x 7.50 metres and holds up to 50 standing, The lowest ceiling point is 2.27 meters rising to 3.3 meters. Tables and chairs are provided with tables in sizes 1.20 x 0.60 metres and 1.80 x 0.60 metres. The Meeting Room has a particularly attractive feature of views overlooking the playing field. Tables/chairs with flexible arrangement, hearing loop, audio visual equipment available, wired for computer usage. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with adequate supply of crockery.

The hall can accommodate a number of different layouts. The maximum number of people for each layout is:

• Standing: 50
• Theatre seating: 40
• Dinner Long tables: 36
• Dinner round tables: Not available

Numbers will be less if dancing or presentation room is required.
