Yoga with Candice is a movement based yoga practice aiming to help you build overall strength, improve balance, develop flexibility, increase body awareness, stabilise posture and raise fitness. Increased fitness improves mental well-being and self-confidence, it can also help to prevent injury and disease.
Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes to suit beginners to the more experienced. Expect to be challenged but also relaxed. Several classes per week plus monthly events at the Hilt.
Please arrive a few minutes prior to class start, wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat if you have one. Also bring water, an open mind and a sense of fun.
