Class Time 10.30am-11.30am Friday Term-Time Only - Cranbury Room

Starting 10th June 2016, Baby Yoga offers gentle nurturing stretches, songs and actions that help builds mutual trust, forge stronger bonds and build emotional intelligence so that you can better understand your baby's cues and learn from each other. Classes last an hour and are themed around the 'energy body', wringing out tension for you and baby through hamstring and hip-openers, core stability, shoulder stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques to help restore balance to the bodily systems.
